What hourly rate should I offer to pay the locum?
The standard locum Pharmacist pay rate in an emergency is $85/hour to $110/hour plus superannuation (Monday-Sunday) and $90/hour to $110/hour plus superannuation (Public Holidays), as required and amended from time to time. The locum can be paid as an employee, or if they have an ABN, you can pay them as a contractor.
